I occasionally make a batch of cookie dough and portion out the dough before I freeze it so that I can bake a few cookies at a time later and don't have a whole batch of cookies sitting around the house. I usually don't end up cooking the rest of the cookies and just eat the dough straight from the freezer. According to the USDA you are even supposed to be careful when eating sunnyside up eggs because they aren't thoroughly cooked.
