@heartonastring: I like the handlebar being able to switch real fast if the sun is in her eyes (to face me or face out) as well as being able to switch the whole seat. I like the push and I like that I can swivel/ get in and quietly out of aisles etc. while shopping. LO loves going in there!

@hilsy85: @septca: Thanks! I totally hadn't thought of that. Hmmmmm....I wish I would have been more choosy when I first bought our stroller :(

@hilsy85: Second what you are saying about parent-facing. I kept DD facing me until about 15 months and now she will NOT have it. She much prefers to face out.

@heartonastring: these are the pros and cons that I saw when I looked at the bugaboo:
cons: you have to take the seat off to fold it; this could be annoying if you are folding it on a regular basis to put it in a car or store it. It also doe not stand upright when folded.
- I felt like the seat was low--I'm 5'7" and I felt like I had to hunch over to reach the baby in the seat
- the under carriage basket is not that big
- the sunshade is not that big--most ppl I know who have one had to purchase a secondary shade to go on the hood of the stroller, or they use A&A blankets
Pros:
the suspension/push is AWESOME. It's super smooth
- it's super cute looking
- I like the hand brake and the extendable handlebar
- it's slimmer/sleeker than other strollers in the same category (vista, city select, etc)

I ultimately went with an UB vista but if I had been able to get such a great deal on a bugaboo, I might have gone with that!

I do wonder how often you'll be using the parent facing option though? your LO is over 1 right? I find that LO is generally much happier facing out, and he can climb in/out of the stroller more easily with it facing out.

I have a UBV and a Chameleon (it stays at my mom's house). When I'm using the Bugaboo I curse it and wish that I had my UBV.
The only thing I prefer on the Bugaboo is the ability to switch the handle direction instead of having to switch the seat like the UBV.
The fold is a pain and I have to relearn it every time. The basket is too small and a pain to access.

And now with #2 coming I thankful that I can just add a seat to the UBV instead of running out to buy a whole other stroller.

@Greentea: Okay, good to know, as I'm 5'10". I also like the fact that your LO is happy to sleep in it...that would definitely come in handy as we plan to do some longer day trips over the summer!

@septca: I know, right?! There aren't any B-Readys listed on any of my local classifieds right now (or UBVs which I'd also consider) or I'd totally check them out too!

I FREAKING LOVE IT! Honestly I use it every.day. We walk everywhere, so it is like my car. I am tall, so I needed something that would have a raised bar. LO begs to go in it and loves to sleep in it (=priceless!) DH loves it as well- it is easy to use... I got it because I only wanted one stroller and it has been a great purchase.

@heartonastring: Ha ha. Okay. I was totally confused, too.

Honestly? I would get a B-READY before I got a Bugaboo. It's about 1/2 the price and I like it better. I have the B-Ready and my BFF has the Bugaboo... she says she does not like how low the seat sits... plus she likes the second seat options on the B-Ready. But I am totally biased because I LOVE my stroller (almost as much as I love Subscribe and Save, which is my other passion of the day...).

@heartonastring: just curious---what do you mean when you say parent facing option? I have a B ready too, and I've only used it as parent-facing so far.

We have a Britax B-Ready and it's fine, but I don't like that it doesn't have a parent-facing option. We babywear a lot, but there are also times when a stroller is necessary and I hate not being able to talk to DD because she's facing away from me.

A Bugaboo Cameleon was just posted on a local online classifieds site and I'm seriously considering it.

If you have a Cameleon, do you like it? Hate it? Is it a huge PITA to fold?

ETA: I meant B-Agile, not B-Ready!
