Once I went back to work he became the first pass - he can fall back asleep really easily so he doesn't mind getting up and giving her a paci or something quickly. That way I don't have to get up. If I wake him for help a lot of times he just mumbles and doesn't really wake up. this drives me nuts, so I usually just do it on my own and that is ok. He would usually do the 11 pm feeding with me and then go to bed. We would sit there and chat. Now with DD2 I just do it all by myself. I don't find that I need the company like I did last time. I guess it all just seems "old hat" now. </p>
