We have a very small house though and I can get all the floors clean on one charge. It's easy to empty and came with quite a few attachments. My husband vacuums only if he breaks a glass). Its going on 10 years now and it is one of the more inexpensive models (not cheap, mind you, but cheaper than others). We pair that with a dyson stick for zooming around our kitchen quickly and after LO eats. We have hardwoods throughout and a few shaggier rugs. It is THE perfect combo for us.<br /> We also had a roomba, which we really liked, but it would often get stuck and didn't work well on the shaggier rugs, so we gave it to my bro who has hardwoods in a level 1 bedroom apt. It easily coverts from a regular vacuum to a dust buster and has a very long cord that reaches almost every room in the house without having to unplug it. We love them!
