I was on bed rest for 3 months though and my twice weekly appointments were the only time I would get out of the house. I clung on to those appointments and social interaction as if my life depended on it, lol! But my dr did ultrasounds at almost every appointment and seeing my LO and hearing her heartbeat made it worth it.
