Last year at my son's school auction I was working the check-in/check-out desk and about 7 months pregnant. One of the parents ask what high school I attend and then muttered something about another pregnant teen, I quickly corrected him by letting him know my son was 11 and attends the school. He turned all kinds of red, I was 29! At my last job I would get comments where customers would say, "I thought you had to be 16 to work here?" I was in my early 20s at the time. DH just turned 30 - he always gets carded and the person carding him always comments with surprise when they see his birth year.
