I have NOTHING on my counters. I love clean lines and simplicity, so even if it makes my drawers and cabinets look like a total mess, I'd rather throw it in there then leave it on a counter.

Yes. We have such a tiny kitchen right now but so many kitchen gadgets. In our new house the kitchen will be at least twice the size anddd we'll have a basement and pantry! I can't wait to get all the clutter off the counters. Not have to move 3 things to get to something else.

Ugg, I hate cluttered counters and mine are terrible! I literally have no space, but I have 2 pots of utensils, a bread box, 2 coffee pots, bottle warmer, toaster, beaba, dishdrainer all on about 3 feet of space. HATE IT!

Hahhahhhahahhah. We have the worst cluttered kitchen ever, and we don't even have a microwave out, but we have
-soda machine, coffee maker, toaster oven, 2 spices racks (we use a lot of spices in our cooking), knife block, dish rack, bread maker, deep frying, 2 blenders, kitchenaid, air popper, spoon/utensil holder, cutting boards behind the sink.... We use all those things fairly frequently (ok, not the fryer).
Our kitchen counters are *very* cluttered.

My kitchen is about to get a good cleaning and reorganized but right now I have a spice rack, a bunch of cooking spoons/spatula/etc in a container, microwave, toaster oven, rice maker, knife box. Eek.

our kitchen isn't large or small, it's in between. But man, our countertops are packed with stuff: coffee maker, oil/vinegar dispensers, pepper mill (too large for cabinet), utensils in utensil holder, knife block, toaster oven, kitchenaid mixer, rice cooker, bottle sterilizer, paper towel (and holder), wine rack, various other baby related items (baby food jars, snacks, sippy cups, bottle drying rack)...it just all does not fit into the cabinets.

It drives me and the husband crazy but we've already gone through several rounds of purging and we still have so much...I just need a bigger kitchen. :P

I would LOVE to have nothing on my counters!! We just don't have enough cabinet space, though... or maybe we just have too much shiz? I have a dish rack, bottle drying rack (for sippy cups now), toaster oven, coffemaker, bowl of fruit and rice cooker. ugh!

I don't like clutter at all & my kitchen counters have more on them then I'd like but I just keep it clean & no excess so I don't go crazy! I have a spice rack, utensil crock, stand mixer, knives, bowl with fruit & a drying rack for LOs bottles/pump parts.

I'm not a big fan of the clutter, either. we have a toaster oven, pepper mill (too tall to fit in the cabinets), utensil crock filled with our cooking spoons, etc., block of knives (which I want to get rid of the block & just hang the knives up on a magnet), & a butter crock so we've always got some soft butter. so, 5 things, spread out over 3 coutertops

it's cleaner than usual because my cleaning lady cleans it, but it's still cluttered. so many gadgets - coffee maker, printer (we have a wireless printer and it had a fax so we put it there), knives, toaster oven, the list goes on.

We don't have a lot of storage, but I managed to devote two cabinets to the electronics so they stay out of site. The only things we keep on the counter are the knives and a holder for the utensils (spatulas, spoons, wisk, etc).

Ours are also pretty cluttered. Every once in a while I'll go and try to find some things on there a home. But I also like to have a lot of things where I can get to them quickly, so they stay on the counter if I use them a lot.

We don't have a lot of storage either, so I keep some things on our counter--flour canister, sugar canister, LeCreuset pots (stacked), yogurt machine, salt pig, pepper grinder, olive oil, utensil crock, mixer, stack of colorful (frequently used) bowls. Everything is on the counters closest to the stove/my workspace, though. The rest of the counters are completely clear, so it looks less insane.

I hate clutter, so I try to keep everything out of sight. If we're not using the toaster, I put it in a cupboard. My husband uses a french press for his coffee and always leaves it on the counter with his thermos, which drives me nuts.

I wish I had a bigger kitchen., We don't have much storage so our counters are full! We have a bread box, toaster, microwave, knive holder, little basket with scrubies for dishes, baby cereal, formula, thermos and coffee machine. Its overwhelming sometimes but we have a small galley kitchen so we work with what we got..

Clean or cluttered kitchen counters?
