It's pretty much where every gift comes from, as well as a lot of our housewares and art. I've yet to have a bad experience, and have made 77 purchases there since I signed up 3 years ago. I also request custom work pretty regularly. </p> <p>That said, I always check into a sellers feedback and regularly have conversations with a lot of them. I've even recognized an invitation designer I used a year ago over on Weddingbee who is pregnant, as well. I've gotten screwed twice by sellers (one never sent the item, gave me a sad story, then when she finally sent it, it wasn't the right dimensions), the other time, a seller put up a distorted picture that totally changed the color of what I was buying and she refused to be wrong.</p> <p>When an experience is positive, I feel like I've gotten so much for my money + all the warm fuzzy feelings of that sweet, personal touch. But when the experience is bad, it's like dealing with a family member ... I feel so bad about it.
