The neighborhood is kinda rough &amp; the 4 flights of stairs to get into the apt would suck carrying a baby &amp; stuff. I'd love another bathroom &amp; a yard &amp; no stairs to get in/out. Ideally, I wish we could add on to the house but even if we did, we wouldn't be able to add on to one of our three bedrooms, and that one is the smallest. It makes me sad because I love this house and our neighborhood. It's a lovely house in a great location with a huge garden. BUT the house is way, way too small. You can only fit one person in the kitchen at any one time, the bedrooms are tiny and the bathroom, well - we were just looking into replacing our bath and discovered that it's not even a full sized bath in there! TINY! It's the perfect size for us, I love that the backyard is big (for living in the city/burbs), we're within 15 min from all of our parents/close family and we're in a great school district. Our neighborhood is also very family friendly.</p> <p>We will eventually need a bigger house though.
