I love my team and the industry (if I ever chose to leave). I help create jobs so I feel like I'm contributing to society in a tiny, positive way. That said, I also work with a lot of people and deadlines so that can get stressful at times. I'm an instructional designer, so one thing I like is that there's always something new and different to work on.
