Med-high heat. Cover and when it starts popping shake it around until it stops popping. Top as you choose :)</p> <p>ETA: We pop our own corn bc I'm scared of chemicals. Lots of studies have shown that micro popcorn is dangerous to your health, both the fumes and also eating it. It works really well! You can also add some butter to the pan when you add the larger amount of kernels (cut in small pieces if it's cold so it melts more quickly). It'll coat the popcorn as it pops!
