But that was only a short period of time. At the beginning I just looked fat, and at the end my clothes were working way harder than they wanted to. I have anxiety about getting pregnant again. I would LOVE a third baby but whoa, my last pregnancy was horrific. I was throwing up daily until the end, my blood pressure was super high and I had symptoms of pre-e, the constant low pressure, heartburn and overall pain, sciatica, everything wasn't fun. Pregnancy didn't agree with me. I had random bleeding, 20 weeks of nausea, pre term labor and modified bed rest, and multiple ER trips. I thought L&amp;D was a breeze compared to being pregnant!! I also wasn't allowed to work out at all because of my complications. And sex was pretty much off the table as well because of my issues (not to mention my chronic anxiety that I would lose the pregnancy). I can't wait for my 6w pp appt on Monday so I can be cleared to go back to normal activity. I liked being able to feel the baby move around but I worried about her a lot, too. I didn't like being touched by strangers but I did like the extra door holding and kindness people showed to me when I was pregnant. I was like a furnace the whole time, had zero interest in food, and didn't sleep for more than two hours at a time after like 5 months. I did not love being pregnant.</p> <p>But damn if I don't miss it now! I find myself looking at my old bump pictures and thinking that I looked so pretty, so happy, so excited. I think about how being pregnant really wasn't all that bad, and I wouldn't mind doing it again. </p> <p>I even think back fondly on my L&amp;D, even though pretty much nothing went the way I was expecting it to...I even find myself thinking that the back labor with a failed epidural really wasn't ALL that bad. I got through it, didn't I?</p> <p>And man, wasn't it soooo cute when DS was bitty and would wake up crying for me every hour or two? That was cute, right? Right? Bueller? </p> <p>I don't know what's wrong with me lately! Is this how baby fever starts? If so, it's a problem since we are fairly sure we only want one! (Well, DH is completely sure, me, not so much.)</p> <p>Do you miss being pregnant? Do you look fondly back on your L&amp;D? Am I crazy? </p>
