If Hubs is gone for a few hours, I miss him. If he's gone overnight to visit his family and I stay home because I have to work, I love it! If I had my way, I'd have him go about once a month. It is lonely sometimes, and I always miss my buddy like crazy, but I have learned to enjoy my alone time. Especially because when he's home, we cram so much activity into those three weeks that I don't have any me-time. So every week that he's gone I plan stuff just for me to pass the time and treat myself - take yoga classes, get my mani/pedi, get my hair done, or if I'm looking at a weekend of Big Fat Nothing to do, I'll journey down to one of the big malls in Miami and go shopping. I also spend a lot of time researching baby stuff, planning her nursery, and shopping a lot for her:) </p> <p>I honestly think that DH and I have a spark that will never fade because of his schedule. When he comes home, we've missed each other so much, that we are basically on a honeymoon the whole time.
