He usually starts crying for us after 3 days. We are going on a week long vacation for our anniversary. I'd miss them like crazy if they were gone for days. But I would do a ton of fun things that I can't do with them! DH and I spend half the time looking at pictures and videos of the kids and most of the rest of the time talking about them. We are usually just apart from them for a few hours for that!
