I don't think I could have exclusively pumped without having some relaxing time to myself. </p> <p>@googly-eyes: a hands free bra is definitely the way to go! I pumped for 3 months without one, and the moment I started using it I felt like my whole experience had changed. It gave me so much more freedom to do more than stare down at my milk and get stressed out over output.
