I never really was a Napper before my LO and not much has changed. I think I've taken one nap while she napped and that was when she was probably a week old and I was soooo exhausted I had to nap.

My LO sleeps really well at night so I am not too sleep deprived. At nap time I like to get a few jobs done around the house that are tricky to do when LO is awake.

I don't usually nap when she naps, I like to spend that time getting things done around the house or squeezing in a quick workout. Lately, however, my "pro sleeper" has been teething and as result, up a LOT at night, so I have been taking a short nap while she naps in the morning more often now.

I'm too scared to. I'm such a heavy sleeper, I'm afraid I wouldn't wake up even if she's screaming her head off right next to me. I rely on my hubby to wake me up in the morning when she's up.

She's a cat napper anyway, never sleeps long. I wouldn't even fall asleep in the time she naps.

I wish I could, but I work from home a lot and it's the only time I can get anything done. And he's a 40-minute napper, too! Sigh.

I find I get the best sleep when I nap with my LO, better than my nighttime sleeping. It's great cuddle time for me, and I already feel she's growing up too fast so I don't want to give it up yet!

In two+ years I have only napped during his nap about 4 times. For a long time it was because he only napped for 20 min at a time...but for the past year it has been because I have so much to do and only nap time to do it in.

I always almost nap with my daughter during her morning nap, which falls anywhere between 8-10am and lasts a couple of hours. But when she naps in the afternoon, I'm not sleepy and often find myself needing to clean the house or something.

There are some days where I have to nap to get through the day. Like today. It was a loooong night.

I was having a conversation with a friend and she was telling me she was never able to nap when her little one was. I on the other hand try and sleep (on weekends) at least during 1 of his naps.

Being an early bird isn't my favorite and seeing mavi wakes up at 6:30 I definitely look forward to his morning nap. Once he starts skipping the first nap I don't know if I will continue to nap seeing I try and get stuff done when he sleeps.

What do you do? Nap or no napping.
