My LO reacts strongly to music. And even particular singers, I'm hoping it's a sign of his/her future music tastes :) He/she loves Donny Hathaway and Amy Winehouse and goes crazy when I listen to either one.

@banana: I think that ALL the time! Then I think that the doctor would have warned me of that, if that were the case (that I could really hurt her).

Yes, when I lay on my side. Either she hates it or loves it? I'm thinking she hates it though. I start freaking out cause I think "OMG, what if I'm squishing her leg or something and she's kicking me cause it hurts?" That's not possible right? Or is it? =\

When I was pregnant with DS (& I had much more time to read) he would always kick at the book I was reading if I rested it on my belly.

He does not like when I'm sitting, especially when I'm leaning forward or if the waist of my pants are over where he is. I get constant kicks all day.

I feel him the most after I eat and I'm just sitting. Also if I lay on my side, I'll feel him kicking more. And I don't think he likes it when I get up to go the the bathroom in the middle of the night. It wakes him up too. lol

I mostly feel movement when I am lying in bed, right before I fall asleep while I'm reading or playing here on HB :) Now that the movement is becoming a bit stronger (I'm 22w today!), I am starting to feel it a bit more frequently throughout the day.

Also, I felt my first "outside" kick on Saturday! It was kind of amazing and I called my husband who came running in... thankfully, he felt it too! I almost couldn't believe it!

I'm only 19 weeks so my kicks are still pretty light but I feel them most right when I get home from work and lay down flat on the couch. Baby seems to think that mommy resting = time for a dance party!! He/She also tends to get pretty excited after I eat.

Butterbean loves to partay while I am trying to sleep! She also puts up a little bit of a fuss when I roll over onto one of my sides, when I am not positioned to allow her maximum room, or when I rest things on my belly. She gave my belly a work out yesterday - I am sore from all the kicking.

If I rest the snoogle on my belly (or a book, or my arm, or anything!) she kicks and wiggles "at" it until I move it. Then she stops.

Anyone else have a picky baby? She seems to really like her space!
