I do a lot of video work for my job, and so I'm always noticing consistency/authenticity issues when I watch TV. For me, it's mostly continuity between shots that really stand out. And it's often in kissing scenes! You see a wide shot where people are making out, and then they cut in to a closeup and their hands are in a totally different position.
