Her first feeding of the morning she eats on 1 side only and I pump the other side. The 2nd feeding she eats the side I pumped the first feeding, and I pump the side she ate from the 1st feeding. Then the remaining feedings she eats from both sides. If they both feel very full then I'll make sure to offer the other one before she gets full to relieve some of the pressure. My boobs would feel so full that I would feed LO on just one boob, sometimes two feedings in a row just to make sure she was getting the hind milk.
