LO gets 4-5 different things per meal but she pretty much gets the same meal every day.

For example:
Lunch: fish, steamed broccoli, pear wedges, yogurt.
Dinner: fish, steamed potato, pear wedges, yogurt

She'll eat everything but both meals are essentially the same. I will try to mix things up on a weekly basis.

I usually have a grain (rice or pasta or sometimes a muffin), protein (tofu, chicken, beef, pork), veggie (he only likes carrots, peas, and broccoli), and fruit. And he drinks milk with each meal. That's at home. When we go out it's harder to stick with that but we try. Some days he'll just have a grilled cheese and fruit. I always make sure he has fruit and/or veggies with each meal. Occasionally, he'll ask for cereal for dinner.

Wow! I usually just give her one or two things off, based on what we're eating. I guess I need to start giving more variety based on everyone else's responses.

I offer 3-4 things at breakfast and dinner and lunch is usually more simple. He also sometimes gets the same 3-4 things a few days in a row!

I usually give about 4 things, but I don't put it all on her plate at once. If she has too much she's overwhelmed and throws it on the floor.

I try to offer a variety for lunch and dinner - usually cheese, bread/soft roll, egg, sweet potato, etc. She's a very picky eater so she does better when there are different options, but the only thing she usually ends up finishing is the cheese.

I try to give her some but not too much variety. She gets overwhelmed if there are too many options.

I offer a lot of veggies and a protein for each meal. I prefer for him to eat a little of everything. Today's dinner was salmon, green beans, brussel sprouts, and carrots. I give him fruit during snack time or else he wouldn't touch veggies at meals. By giving my LO variety, I hope it keeps him open to eating different foods.

I usually give her a couple of things right now. Usually her food consists of purees, smashed veggies or fruits, and/or yogurt. I'll probably start offering more variety once we switch to finger foods, although she hasn't been too picky so far, so she usually just eats whatever I give her.

I try my best to offer her a wide selection, just in case she doesn't like certain foods. I've even been planning out her days the night before so i know exactly what's in the fridge.

Today at lunch i offered her: steamed carrots, yams, spinach; kamut puffs; ripe pear; sprouted bread with cheddar (it was actually MY lunch); and chicken-pea-rice jook. Phew, i'm tired just typing it out!
