Rob Sr. insists that I do snore, but I think I'm just a heavy sleep breather. Hehe. Doesn't matter anyway since he sleeps thru everything.

Rob Sr., on the other hand, is extremely active while sleeping. He does everything-- snores, grinds his teeth (three different ways), talks in his sleep, tosses and turns... you name it. I have literally not gotten a single good night's sleep since we started living together. I wake up (to full consciousness... not sure how many times I half-wake up and do not remember the next morning!) at least 3 times a night to hit him or roll him onto his side if he's snoring. If he's grinding his teeth and doesn't have a nightguard in, I have to wake him up to make him stop.

It's worse when he's tired but like @Mr. Bee, he's always tired :(

I snore by default, because I'm a mouth breather. So, not loud, nasaly snoring through the nose; but I definitely make noise when I sleep... I think I have a clogged airway. :(

I woke up last night at 3 am & hubby wasn't in bed. When I found him on the couch & asked him why, he said "I don't know how to tell you this, but you were snoring so loud I couldn't sleep!" LOL that he was worried about upsetting me when I was the one snoring! I don't snore normally but I was very tired & my allergies are starting to bother me.

so funny that this thread popped back up. I've been up the last 2 nights because of DH's snoring. I sleep with one leg jack-knifed, so I can kick him. However, he's usually so deep asleep I can't make him roll over - just get 30 seconds of quiet. I'm about to lose my mind.

My husband snores. It's much better now that he's lost about 20 pounds, but if he's been drinking and/or is really tired, it's still pretty bad. I make him roll onto his side and that helps. But there's definitely been nights when I've gotten up and moved myself into the guest room.

I'll admit it- I have pregnancy induced snoring. I wake myself up and have even woken up our cats. My sweet, wonderful, darling husband even video taped it to show me <3

Usually its only when one of us is either really exhausted or sick. When he snores I hit him and push him to make him move. When I snore he just lets me, apparently he can sleep through it fairly easily.

DH only snores when he sleeps on his back, which is very rarely. I've gotten really used to sleeping with ear plugs, so if his snoring/breathing bothers me, I will just pop a pair of them in and then I sleep like the dead (something I definitely won't be able to do once we have a baby!)

I don't snore but I do grind my teeth sometimes, so he'll wake me up and make me put on my plastic retainer that I still have from my post-braces days. That seems to fix the problem and bonus that I'm not ruining my teeth!

DH just started snoring this last year and I haven't had a good nights sleep since :( he got a special pillow awhile back that seemed to help however it gave him horrible neck pain every morning so he stopped using it.

Unfortunately I am the one in our relationship who snores. I broke my nose (twice) and ever since I have issues breathing at night. This mixed with a bad case of seasonal allergies, my DH ends up sleeping in the guest room/couch when it gets too bad. I would love to get it looked into, because I know it is affect both our sleep quality.
