Had sex, jumped up to pee and tidy up. Done. I just take one each evening and morning for 2-3 days after each time we DTD. Since we started TTC, I've been pushing the limits and lounging in bed up to 30 min. afterwards before going to pee. So far the cranberry pills seem to have me covered.</p> <p>@illumina: I don't think a tampon would work since it's absorbent and could also change the pH to make it more hostile to sperm. Brief history: we took a couple months off ttc to allow my bladder to heal (my prenatal vitamins contained more vitamin c than my body could handle, and essentially burned the inside of my bladder). Sooo ... she said to be safe, peeing right after sex was essential. I know ALL of the semen isn't going to come out, but I worry that it will decrease my chances of conceiving. Is this a practice that's more common than I think? Did any of you conceive this way? </p>
