Then I just cut them. Yes I wasted a lot of the grape. Then LO got her molars and I started trusting her chewing a lot more. Now I cut them, but the pieces have progressively gotten larger as lo has gotten older. I still worry about the choking risk of whole grapes for some reason. We get undigested grape poop too, lol. I used to peel them because DD would eat the grape meat (or whatever it's called) and spit out the skins. It wasted a lot of grape and was pretty gross for me to have to clean up her spit out skins, so I just peeled them.
