I used to have really bad anxiety (about pretty much everything), and it would be a struggle for me to get myself out of the house in the morning. I've done this for probably 7+ years and it makes my mornings so much easier. I've gotten in the habit of using Stylitics to archive everything in my closet and then put together an outfit for certain days. It took me a long time to figure out what I own, but it really helps to see it on a screen instead of standing there thinking about how to put something together.
