We have tried to start other topics but honestly none of us really use them much. It's just easier to keep all the chat in one thread mostly, I think it keeps the conversation going better. If you post it, unless someone's hidden the board, everyone will see it. And most people aren't going to be looking to see that it's on a due date board and that you're sort of "talking to" your due date folks. Also, you can't subscribe to a board, just a thread, so if you don't happen to see something in the usual feed, or actually check the board, you might not see that there's something new there. I don't know if there's any way to change that to encourage people to do more topics on the due date twin boards, but it might be worth giving some thought. But I agree with @T.H.O.U., the long threads are hard to follow. It'd be nice if folks would start more topics separately. FWIW, I would NOT like the due date boards if I didn't have the option to block them. I'm in touch often with the mamas around his due date though. I try to post monthly at least in #2's due date board, but sadly #2 is a neglected little fellow since I haven't been following this pregnancy like I did with the first. I feel kinda bad for the first time moms on our due date boards, there are quite a few of us second/third timers who just aren't as into it this time around :silly: Things do start getting busier around gestational milestones though (the GD test lately), and I'm super excited for when the babies start arriving and we get to baby milestones!
