At that point, I made the decision to just go digital with it because it is nice to not have to go out in the rain/snow and grab a soaking wet newspaper to read in the morning. Plus, being able to read it the same way every day it nice (rather than switching between print and digital). HOWEVER, my biggest gripe is that I do not get a cost reduction by choosing only digital. They didn't lower my price, they only marked my account as "no home delivery."</p> <p>I actually work for a small community newspaper and we offer both versions. Right now, the majority of our subscribers still receive the print edition, but about 1/8th read the digital edition. I also like reading something that isn't on a screen, so I feel like I'm not spending my entire day on my laptop or phone. I can see the appeal of digital newspapers, especially since it's typically more cost-effective than having one delivered. It's also better for the environment. I'm curious which one others prefer and why </p>
