In high school and college I was a big procrastinator, but I'm not really a procrastinator at work. I have gotten much better about that as I have gotten older. I went back to grad school 3.5 years after I graduated from college and I didn't really procrastinate there either, so I am much better.

I procrastinate with house work on weekends though. I do all my big cleaning on weekends, and I know I need to get it done, but I always put it off until Sunday. :)

Yes, it's so easy to get distracted being self employed and working from home.

I also work best under pressure.

For things that aren't obviously due RIGHT NOW, I've had to start asking my boss for deadlines (because she doesn't often give them) so that I can at least feel like there's an urgency to get something done. So many projects get pushed aside by the immediate needs!

I've actually found that project management has helped me procrastinate less. If I've told my boss that a certain step will be done by a certain date, I'm so much more likely to actually stick to that!

In college I was the queen of writing (good) papers the day before they were due, I'm the opposite now! haha I can't stand to be close to a deadline.

I used to be the queen of procrastination through high school and college. I actually did some of my best work in the 24 hours before a big exam and/or big paper due date! :P

My job involves a lot of project/time/people management, so again, it's easy for me to put things off, etc. Old habits die hard, right? :P

I work better under pressure! :)
