I've been left parked in the middle and I've had some that come and pull-in in front of me. Which then means that I now have to wait on them and so does the cars behind me. Which I find rude. The only time I pull up in the middle is when it's in the middle of the day and no one else is picking-up/dropping off. I had drop off duty at the last elementary school I taught at and parents would always do this. People have room to go around me. Sometimes he'll get out before that point and then it seems that I get stuck behind the one who doesn't pull all the way up and I can't go around them. The drive through area is two lanes and they suggest no more than 2 cars deep (so 4 cars). I can't handle the pressure of people waiting behind me so I park in a parking spot and take my kids in. The only time I don't do this in the morning is if it's raining. If the driveway is empty, people will pull in about halfway and stop directly in front of the doors instead of pulling all the way up and letting people fill in behind them. By only pulling up halfway, they have a short walk, but everyone behind them gets all congested! I find it SO RUDE that they wouldn't just pull up. </p> <p>Am I overreacting or do you find this equally ridiculous? Just pull up to the front and walk the extra 10 steps. It won't kill you. Your parents behind you send thanks. </p>
