I get up and he feeds off of one side and I pump the other. Depending on the side and how long he has let me sleep I can get anywhere between 2 and 7 ounces. I think output will vary greatly between people!</p> <p>Does E feed both sides in the morning ? If not, definitely pump one side while nursing the other first thing in the morning. I can't pump more than a few drops during the day but I'm thinking since she sleeps good stretches at night now I could force myself to get up once at night to pump, at least to get enough for when she isn't with me in the next few weeks. </p> <p>Do you pump in the middle of the night? Do you get a decent amount that makes it worth it to get up? I would probably pump the opposite side she feeds on, so I would already be up anyway.... </p>
