Last night DH was pressing all over my belly trying to get our LO to move. I haven't felt her yet but I do the same thing...almost daring her to kick me :)

ETA: We don't know baby's gender yet, I'm just going with "her." I didn't even think about it as I typed lol.

Yes mostly when he is particularly rambunctious but ts more of a pat or acknowledgement that I feel him. But I do poke him when I want him to move for DH!

I always push back!
This late in pregnancy I don't really feel kicks or any sharp movements... I just see/feel giant bulges on my stomach and realize it's her knee cap or something pushing me outward. If I apply just a tiny bit of pressure, she always moves.
She's so big now that when she does this you can see giant bumps or bulges through my clothes! it's weird.

I was always scared to push back. I don't know why! I normally just put my hand over that area and rub rub rub.

Now that our LO has gotten crazy busy in my belly, she likes to stick random body parts into me and leave them there for a miserable amount of time. I like to put my hand on these areas and gently push so she moves. Sometimes she does, something she doesn't....it's usually when she's hurting me that she decides moving is not a good idea. :-/

Do you push back when your baby pushes on you?
