Every time. She had a horrible rash once so we're trying to never let her get like that again.

No, I haven't seen the need. DD only had a touch of diaper rash once, before we switched to cloth. Now we just let her air out and that seems to do the trick. Maybe we'll start using it once she starts sttn.

Nope, we've never put diaper cream on her and she's never had a diaper rash.

I kind of do it randomly...I put stuff on every night before I put him to bed, because I don't change his diaper at night. But during the day, I put cream on maybe every other diaper change?

Most of the time we do put it on. He's got sensitive skin and as soon as we go a few changings with out it, he starts getting a rash.

Unless she actually has nappy rash, we only use the cream before bed as we know she's going to be in that nappy for a long time.

Not typically. She has a yeast rash now from being on antibiotics so she gets covered in butt paste every time until that goes away and then for a few days after that.

She has yet to get a rash, but we still put it on after she poops and sometimes after her bath before bed. Not after every change though.
