I put away clean dishes and he does dirty ones. The rule is though you have to rinse it or soak it so it's not crusted on when he does them. We don't do dishes every day, so if I put things in wet, they get moldy from being in the closed damp environment. Sometimes the dishwasher is full of clean dishes and both of us are too lazy to empty it, so they go in the sink. When I think about it, I try to put them in the dishwasher, but I admit to just dumping them in the sink a lot and thinking that I'll deal with it later. Seems more efficient to just load at the end of the day or if the sink gets too full. It's easy to do that when I just use a dish or two, but harder if I am cooking something (not that I cook all that often). Then the dishes overwhelm me, and I stack them up in the sink. Do you put dishes into the sink or into the dishwasher?
