In traffic he always gets annoyed because he can't move over, but he never puts his signal on a head of time to let people know he needs to move. HELLO!" </p> <p>I'm pretty sure the law is that the turn signal needs to be on for 100 feet before you change lanes (at least in Texas). </p>
