We got so many clothes that either weren't the right season for the size or I just didn't like. I returned everything I could and donated the rest. I even donated stuff from my mil, lol I'm heartless I guess! We got a few random stuffed animals I didn't like and weird scrapbooking supplies and I donated them too. I sometimes take a pic of LO with the toy though to send with a thank you note to the person who gave the gift. I feel badly, but at the same time it does no good just sitting in our house being not used. They just end up getting given to someone else. </p> <p>My MIL is famous for buying items that just don't work for our daughter. Wrong sizes, wrong seasons, etc and she NEVER gives gift receipts. In L's tiny room, it was the only thing you saw when you walked in.
