For example, I LOVE mashed potatoes. If there is a meal with mashed potatoes I will eat all of my meat first, then all of my veggies, and then save the potatoes for last. </p> <p>DH is a grazer. He will eat a bite of meat, a bite of potatoes, another bite of meat, a bite of veggies, etc. </p> <p>I can't eat that way! I don't know why.</p> <p>How about you? Do you save the best for last? Do you eat your favorite first? Or are you a grazer like DH? </p>
