Maybe I should start asking for itemized receipts again, I noticed many of the receipts from cc machines are fading to nothing. There's a spreadsheet that reconciles everything. I think I read you’re supposed to keep them for 3 years. I always use the HSA debit card, so it shows on the statements where I spent it. </p> <p>if you do save them, how long? I just have a big pile in the cabinet I throw them in. </p>
