<description>&#60;p&#62;@matador84:  we have the same one. We have 2 that I bought when we took a cross country flight when LO was 8 months. I use it when I pack her lunch. I have those silicone baking cups and I'll put pasta/rice at the bottom and a cup with a protein and/or veggies on top and it fits great. My friends rinse theirs with boiling water before filling it so it stays extra hot but I don't. The food is warm which is great for my LO.
