Our B-Ready toddler seat had to get replaced because the non-threading harness adjuster didn't lock properly and then, a few months later, the linked brakes didn't lock properly. Both times customer service pulled up my warranty info from the registration to verify purchase and sent replacements right away. So I filled the card out for the car seat. The wheel fell off one of our strollers and I read that it would help if we had registered it... although that said, we bought the stroller secondhand and so couldn't have registered that particular item.
