Then I worry if he is too hot/cold blah blah and won't go back to sleep until 5am. There is another 25% of the time LO would make noise (eg cough) and it wakes me up. So when there is one night that I actually sleeps through and wakes up at 6:30 - 7am, I'd be cheering with Joy! I got a fitbit for my birthday, and it tracks my sleep. According to my sleep record, I am waking 2-3x per night and have at least 8 episodes of restless activity. Yeesh!
