I usually don't sleep with my head covered, and I cannot fall asleep if my feet are uncovered (usually up to my knees, at least). I feel like I'm suffocating. Hubs sleeps with them at his waist so it ends up being a bit of a tug of war. I pull higher, he pushes lower...
