On work days I need multiple alarms since I leave while everyone else is sleeping. Other nights I just set a middle of the night alarm to change/top of DS2 and then let the kids wake me up in the morning

Yup.

My son has never been an early riser (not complaining!), so during the week I have to set an alarm. I "sleep in" until 7:30-8 on weekends.

T is pretty much up at 630 everyday and it's rare I need to be up or out of the house before 9 so I rarely set an alarm. I did on Monday because we had to leave the house at 8 and in glad that I did Bc he slept until 745!?

I set an alarm every morning. Our 8 month old's first feeding of the day is at 8 AM, and she usually has to be woken up. Believe me, I feel tempted to lay there snoozing until I hear her cry, but I've seen the power of a good schedule for the baby and I am not going to mess with it.
