We have a notebook that we fill out every morning with information about our child, like what they had for dinner, how their sleep was, what their morning was like. I'll fill out the notebook and chat with the teachers a bit and then I"m outta there. It's an in-home, and the lady is a really good friend of mine, so it's just like seeing a friend every day. Plus she's due to have her 3rd baby tomorrow, so we always have lots of fun things to talk about! When I pick up it can be more like 10 minutes depending on how busy the room is. I really enjoy his main teacher and only see her at pick up, so it's nice to stay and talk to her. I do a little bit of both. If I feel like he is being extra clingy when we get there I drop and dash, it seems to be better that way.
