My mom has instituted a bi weekly family dinner that we've had about 3 times now....DH, me, LO, my teenage brother and my parents. It's nice to see them for a few hours like that. My brother works long weekends so he usually is asleep after we eat but we still enjoy seeing him. But we don't usually all spend time together as a family unit, say at Thanksgiving or Christmas.</p> <p>We're all pretty far apart geographically though, which I'm sure is a big factor. </p>
