Update: I ended up running and I'm glad that I did- it was an awesome run!

Sooo to answer the initial question- yes, I do usually workout when I'm not feeling good. I get a guilty exercise conscience when I skip!

I'm contemplating this now. I'm supposed to run 4 miles today but I really wasn't feeling good this morning (got sick in the middle of the night last night) so I didn't run. So I either run now after I put the baby down or I run tomorrow morning instead of going to spin class...

Go you for running today! I'm sure I wouldn't have, I use any little excuse I can get to not exercise, haha.

If I have a headache or if I am generally feeling blah, a good work out usually makes me feel 100x better. If I truly am run down with a cold or stomach bug, I take it easy. Personally, I feel like dealing with NYC (racing to daycare, lugging groceries, subway stairs, etc.) is exercise enough for those kind of days!

I do if it's a cold or sinus issue. It usually makes me feel better!

Yes. I might do a lighter workout, but I still work out... Unless I'm running a fever.

Ughh it seems every time I get into working out, I get sick. Had a good run Monday, bam, feeling really flu-ish today. Maybe I need to scale back on something.

And no, I do not workout while sick. Maybe back in the day I would have but I cant do it these days.

Yep! I've had a cold for the past week (nothing too terrible, mostly just a runny nose and sinus pressure) and I've still kept up with 30DS. If I take a break for more than a day or two it's really hard for me to get my momentum back.

I ran today, even though I have a mild sinus infection... I just took it easy. In the past when I've started skipping days, it's usually not long before I'm not working out at all. Still though, probably dumb of me to run while feeling run down.
