And even with that, I need to take it with a carbonated drink to mask the feeling of it going down my throat. For me it was sort of a combination of getting it through my head I won't choke, and also just having to do it more. Being pregnant I had to take so many pills that I got a lot more used to it and it got easier. And the last two weeks I've become a rock star at it because I have had to take 31 pills/day postpartum! lol. But in the last few years I have really had a hard time with this. Prenatals are the WORST. They are so large and I feel like a choking on them. I have TMJ and I have to do this weird jaw clicking a few times before I can psyche myself up to actually swallow the pill. It's annoying. </p>
