We swaddle with arms up for naps and arms down at night. She still usually manages to Houdini at least one arm out though! But I've noticed a definite correlation between swaddling with arms down and her longest nighttime sleeps. My baby usually sleeps in a Halo newborn sleep sack without the swaddle wrap. When do you swaddle your newborn LO? What do you use...AA blankets or something else?
