Yes, I have a basket in his closet. If I put something on and it doesn't fit anymore, I toss it in the basket. Then when it's full I put them into the XL ziploc bags by size.

This way my husband isn't afraid to dress him b.c everything within reach fits. My friend doesn't do this and her husband will not dress their daughter b.c he has no idea what does and doesn't fit!

@pastemoo: I have a bag in my closet where I move things that are too small. Love that we have a similar system!

@mrbee: Good idea! Right now I seriously put out her outfit the night before so it's ready for him on the mornings he gets her dressed alone. haha.

I pull out things and put them in a rubbermaid tub in her closet as they stop fitting. She is so dainty though, at almost 9 months, some of her 0-3month stuff still fits.

Yes, I keep up with it regularly too. I have a system with my drawers too and no matter how many times I tell DH, he still gets confused. haha! The top middle drawer is what she currently fits into and wears most, the middle left drawer is items that fit but may be a bit large, sweaters, and her nicer outfits that fit. Middle right drawer is sleepers and next size up clothes. Bottom left is her tutu/fancy dress drawer (we don't have a closet where items can be hung up) and bottom right is blankets and sleep sacks. Top left is socks/onsies and top right is bibs. And yes, I am totally OCD with keeping them organized! haha.

Mrs. Bee is great at doing this! Also: Charlie hasn't grown as much as his peers in the past year, so that makes it easier.

That said, he's actually growing a lot more than he used to. I credit Bee's cooking and our brainwashing of him! He now eats so much better than he ever has. He's still not a great eater, but we're grateful for what we have!
