I love naps! Unfortunately, DD is a pretty terrible napper herself, so she doesn't usually give me a good opportunity to nap during the day. Luckily she sleeps really well at night, so I just make sure to go to bed early and get my sleep while she sleeps.

I nap for about an hour on the weekends. Trying to sleep while I still can.

I'm not a very good napper, and I find I wake up with an upset stomach when I do nap. We are only two weeks in, and I have found what works best for me is to go to bed early (DH stays up for the 11pm feeding) and then I go back to bed after her morning feeding (6 or 7am). I don't count that as a nap, but it has made a world of difference in how I feel during the day.

I wish I could nap! I'm a zombie. I feel like there's something else I should/could be doing, so I can never fall asleep.

Yes! It helps me refuel for the rest of the day. Taking care of a 15 month old is a lot of work. Naps are much appreciated.

When I’m home/have time I take naps! And sometimes if I’m EXHAUSTED during the work day I’ll take a 15 minute nap break in my car.

The only naps that I see as completely pointless are evening naps. I’d rather finish up everything that needs to be done and then just go to sleep in my comfy bed early! DH loves evening naps and it is a matter of contention between us since I feel like they are a huge waste of time lol.

For some reason, night wakings has started to take it's toll on me. Even though DS is doing worlds better and waking up only twice to eat (as opposed to maybe 5-7x!), I have been waking up exhausted.
When DH is home, he is so kind as to get up with DS so that I can take a nap/sleep in. I got up at 8am, but then napped from 9am-11:40am! It felt awesome!
