I had such awful headaches. However from what I understand, the study was flawed in that they did not look at a bunch of other factors which also might link to ADHD... However, I did do IVF and was on all sorts of meds for that through the first trimester, including baby Tylenol briefly. I get horrible hormonal headaches during pregnancy (mostly first tri, when you would worry most about taking meds) and if it's a question of not functioning well, I take it - for myself and my two other kids who have to deal with me. This pregnancy, I had a fever that was creeping towards 101 so the nurse advised that I bring it down. I also took it one day when I was having terrible hip/round ligament/pelvic pain. This is my preference for myself. During one of my pregnancies I had a sinus infection and took Tylenol for almost a week because the pain was so excruciating I could not function otherwise. Of course the week after that studies came out that Tylenol use during pregnancy can increase risks for ADD.
