The entire office shuts down and locks up and goes home, I love it! I live across the street from our main office, so I get a little nap/relaxation in over the hour break on my cozy couch. If the weather is crappy, I usually just heat up my lunch in the office if I brought it, or get something to bring back to my desk if I didn't. During the summer, I'm more likely to eat lunch outside and soak up some vitamin D. Also, DH works nearby so we sometimes have lunch together. I don't feel bad taking longer on those days because I usually don't take more than a few minutes so it evens out.
